In the fall of 2023, the Coordination Committee (the coordination body of politicians, civic movements, the intendant, and administrations of Flanders and the city of Antwerp) commissioned the Intendant to conduct a Solv survey on the operations and programs of the 'Toekomstverbond'.
In the spring of 2024, 48 bilateral interviews were conducted by mediators from the Intendant Team with stakeholders from the political, business, and academic worlds, as well as civil society and the relevant administrations.
The main conclusions are that sustainable mobility and modal shift are priorities for the future. Additional investments are best made around Antwerp, specifically in the south and northeast.
